Finally getting things sorted

Yep. I'm finally having a go at writing a blog post! It's not going to be that long as I'm still not sure what I'm supposed to be doing, but we're getting there! Now I just have to work out how to put things together and make them look really great.

Actually, this should tell you heaps about me, as I'm one of those kind of people who sort of enjoys working things out 'on the fly' and building things with no real plan.

A great person to have in a tight spot, but a nightmare if you want everything worked out and neatly bundled before starting out! ITJUST AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!

The way I started writing was a bit like that, I started a story, did what I thought was a great job and published it (and yes, I'm still proud of that story, it set the tone for all the rest) but then a mate at work who'd bought a paperback copy asked me, "Okay, what happened next?" and I was stumped as I thought I'd finished the story nicely! 

That was how the series started that so far has run to five books!
